These workbooks include Referral Account performance data and act as your tool for developing our Q1 Top 20 Strategic Account Pans. Each spreadsheet has an individual tab for each of our active HCLs which include a roll up of every single account they currently own. Each spreadsheet also includes a tab that includes all Rev Ops owned accounts that can be considered for Q1 SAPs as well. *New Enhancements This Quarter:* - *New recorded walkthrough on how to use these workbooks & best practices:* - *SAP Account Workbook Walkthrough (11 Minute Video) * - *We removed the second layer of approvals required by RDs in Salesforce* per Leadership's request.
