Impacted titles include: HCLs, Care Solutions, and some CCMs. Recent reports indicate that 150 clients that have started since June are still missing payment information and over 100 are missing Client Care Agreements. Additionally, we are seeing roughly 10 instances of this per week across the company. From Tad=E2=80=99s Message to the Company on September 6th: =E2=80=9CIt has come to my attention that we have been starting and staffin= g client shifts without first completing either the signed Client Care Agreement and without completing the payment information on the new Client Care Agreement. =E2=80=9CIt is emphatically the duty of Sales and Care Solutions to ensure = that these vital documents are fully completed and, sadly, we have not been diligent in this task with the unhappy result of unpaid bills, complexity, horrible client service, and higher cost for us and our clients.=E2=80=9D Team members are re-eligible for the incentive bonus payments once the missing client documents are properly uploaded =E2=80=93 these payments wil= l roll over to the next payment cycle. This only affects clients with Start of Care dates 10/1 and later.
