Hi Audra and Tiffany:
I am performing the bonus plan calculations per the plan I shared with you
yesterday, and the following CSM / CGM employees had either very low (below
50%) or very high (above 150%) % of Goals.
In these types of cases, it is possible there could be an issue with the
Goal or the Actual. Could you please share with the applicable RDOs for
insights?
Ryan: I am adding you here in case the RDO or Manager reaches out to you
on the Actual Data contained in the Tableau scorecard.
