Today our special topics will be

   - follow up on conversion rate discussion
   - Monthly metrics for leads / starts
   - Month-End projections for April
   - Update on FRAX warm transfer

Unfortunately this week saw another week of revenue decline (-45-$60k)
The largest increases were from Raleigh (+$15k), Maryland (+$14k), and
Tender Rose (+$10k). The largest declines are in Puget Sound (-$35k), 123
Homecare (-$27k), and LifeMatters (-$21k).
