Please ensure your teams are aware that caregiver-specific feedback is at the bottom of the detail page (see the screenshot attached). - This past week, clients rated their satisfaction with 224 caregivers. That's a record high for a week! Division & Regional breakouts are below. - There has been a significant increase in caregiver ratings since the questions have been added to our Relationship surveys on 10/28.
