The client is scheduled for 8 hours of care per week totaling $288.00.

Please confirm if Net 7 with autopay is approved.

Thank you for confirming. The reason I asked is because if the client was
only going to be having the one invoice for today and tomorrow, it would
have been a lot easier to allow Mitch make a one time payment on his own,
as long as closely monitored the account beginning with the invoice
issuance next Wednesday.

However, autopay with Net 2 payment terms is required, per our contract. In
order for any private pay client to have payment terms outside of autopay
and Net 2, we need written approval from both Tim Thomas and Laszlo Kovacs.
We seldomly allow a private pay client to not be on autopay. To reach a
fair resolution we have, with other clients, offered Net 7 payment terms
with autopay. This would allow the client ample time to review each invoice
and then log into VP manually to make the payment. If the client would fail
to make the manual payment, we would automatically charge the payment
method on the 7th day after an invoice is billed.

Do you suggest that we seek approval from Tim and Laszlo for either no
autopay or autopay with Net 7 terms? Please let me know what you think.
