Attached is the last comment that I just noticed about the duration of the contract and an important mention regarding the intricate roles of the Director of Francization and GPC (see page 3). If you are in agreement, attached is also the clean version. Now, regarding your signed resolution. We instructed you and your legal team that the resolution must be signed in French as well. I know that you have used your own template instead of ours, however, if you wish that this be shared and recognized by the OQLF you will need to provide the signed French version as well. This more so important as it is requested by (Bill 96) to communicate with Administration in French and provide documents in French. Further, the resolution still states =E2=80=9CThat the *consulting* agreem= ent=E2=80=A6=E2=80=9D. As previously mentioned, the contract is not exclusively a consulting agreement, it is also (and more importantly, for the purposes of the resolution) a management one. This is an important distinction in order to respect section 139.1 of the Charter of the French language, which clearly states that a company can only be represented to the office by a member of management. The existing sentence in the resolution could therefore lead to the impossibility for me to act on behalf of and represent HCA with the OQLF, despite the contract and the rest of the resolution.
