I just wanted to let you know about some issues we are having with the utilization of the caregiver app. The main goal is to have all of our caregivers using the caregiver app full-time, all the time. We are seeing more caregivers manually clocked in by "On-Call" and "Weekend" staff. *Please encourage every caregiver asking to get clocked in, to use the app first**.* The best way to approach this is to let the caregivers know that they must clock in on *their app first,* and you will adjust it on the back end. They can clock out from anywhere - they need to select an option for why they are clocking out late. If a caregiver is reporting an app issue, you can email *app-support@thekey.com . Please include the caregiver's name, time, date and the issue. *I have also attached the caregiver app training slides to help you communicate.
