Week of thanksgiving was rough for us with staffing levels, availability, and call offs. Availability has been an ongoing issue regardless of the week. While we are getting caregivers for orientation, they have very specific or limited availability. Daytime continues to be a difficult shift to staff. Shirley Bull=E2=80=99s overtime will be decreased but not completely elimin= ated. She is the aunt of Brookdale facility=E2=80=99s Vice President. Brookdale i= s on Katie=E2=80=99s SAP and a top referral partner. To give her the best consis= tency, we accommodated her preferred caregiver to work 4-12 hour shifts. What are your thoughts on this?
