Ontario on-calls. The team laid off the current Toronto full time on-call
manager (June) as of last week and she will be replaced by the Montreal
on-call manager (Mina Levy). And then we will be hiring Darion for weekend
on-calls for both markets. This was approved by you and Tim and will be
saving almost $30,000 per year by doing this.
