After Vince left, I summarized the = collection issues and Myers was one who had asked for a delay until = August since he was getting a mandate around then and he would settle = the balance. The client is still active and the balance outstanding is = around $15K.=20 Since he had corresponded with me, I made a note to follow up. Last = week I did and now he is asking for another month. In the last few = emails, you can see I suggested he make a payment to which he replied = possibly by month end. I haven=E2=80=99t replied since I thought it best to update whoever is = handling collections. My suggestion would be to reply that service will = be suspended failing payment of $X amount by Aug 31.
