We are excited to bring your teams into the rollout of Arya, our new AI
compliance assistant that integrates directly with Wellsky. We're confident
it will be a welcome addition to help your teams manage day-to-day
compliance more easily and efficiently.
As part of our implementation, we'll hold mandatory training sessions with
the Arya team to ensure all regional leaders and general managers
understand the tool, identify who requires access, and begin preparing
caregiver communications.
You will see two separate meeting invitations on your calendars:
Leadership training sessions: Required for RDs, GMs and key leaders.
Staff training sessions: Required for all team members who will use the
Arya system in their daily workflow.
To ensure we have the right participants included, please send me the names
and roles of anyone from your team (e.g. staffing supervisors) who should
attend the leadership session, as well as the list of staff members who
need to be added to the user training.
