We are anticipating through this training we will begin to see more qualified leads looking for consults. This is a good thing and we all can agree it is in our best interest to get in front of these. However, we do NOT want to penalize any team member on conversion because they are doing consults. So here is the plan: *Short Term: *We will begin to measure conversion on B2B business only. We know our B2C leads are heavily shopping, therefore we will remove them from the equation. You can do this very easily in the AX to SOC Dashboard by filtering out Consumer. *Long Term:* We are building the capability in SF to be able to track Consult v. AX future state. Please be sure your teams are updated.
