I believe there is a new employee who has just completed their probationary period before the option for benefits begins. MC - I am working with RBC to get Karianne Morais enrolled in benefits. The issue is that she is part time and RBC is stating they do not accept part time employees on the plans. However, we have confirmed that there are about 5 part time employees currently in the plan. I have followed up and have engaged our Canadian broker to assist with his issue. Once we start talking to our broker in Q1 about benefit renewal for the next plan year, we will discuss the amount of hours an employee needs to work to be eligible for benefits. We are thinking 30 hours per week but it has not been confirmed. It will be once we start the conversations next year. *RRSP plans*: There are 401K-style plans in Canada; any update on this topic would be helpful. MC - no, we will start this conversation next year.
