Hi Randi:

I connected again and did some process shuffling, but I believe the
computer may just need to be restarted. It's been up for a while, and it
looks like Excel and Windows are getting tripped up on a process in the
background, causing Excel to be closed. Will you be able to log back in if
I restart the computer now? I don't see any documents open that need to be
saved.
