We've received the following insurance claim from a senior living facility, Le Graham, in TMR. We serviced a client there for a number of months and the facility is claiming that our employee left a sink running overnight that caused flooding damage to the apartment and the floor below. Details are attached.

Bonjour,

Le 14 décembre 2022, vers 15 heures, il a été signalé à l'administration de Sélection Ville Mont-Royal situe à 1935 Blvd. Graham a Mont-Royal Québec H3R 1H1 qu'il y avait une inondation dans l'appartement 232.  Les administrateurs ont immédiatement appelé First Onsite pour qu'une équipe d'urgence intervienne afin de nettoyer, désinfecter et sécuriser la zone.  J'ai inclus leur rapport initial qui identifie la cause comme étant le débordement de l'évier de la salle de bain.  Nous avons immédiatement informé la compagnie d'assurance du locataire de l'événement, et leur enquête indique que l'aide-soignante qui était en service à ce moment-là est celle qui a laissé le robinet ouvert.

En raison de cette information, nous souhaitons envoyer à votre compagnie d'assurance une notification formelle concernant cette réclamation.  Pouvez-vous me fournir les coordonnées afin que je puisse envoyer le dossier complet à la personne appropriée pour examen.
