Hi Laurie,
In the CCA there is a client name and caregiver recipient. I was informed
that the client name is the person signing the paperwork. Do let me know if
this is the case.
I interpreted the tag "couples care" as the other to partner benefiting
from the care- he is not dependent on our services however. I can remove it
if it causes confusion!
