I know you have new recruiters starting for Winnipeg and we are very
excited to have them on board to help with a few priorities in Winnipeg! In
this market we currently have some significant overtime issues due to some
specific caregiver needs and we are hoping your team can help us.
We are working towards a deadline of November 15th to see if we can add
some new caregivers to these clients. Here is the ask;
1. Need for male caregivers and at least two that can drive. We need
least one that could possibly be able to do a 6am -10am shift or a 2:00pm
-730pm shift ( driver). We also need one that could work as early as 6:45
am for 4 hour shifts. In order to add someone to this team the caregiver
needs to be Rockstar as they love the current caregiver but he cannot work
all the hours. We also need a Caucasian male caregiver for a new client
that we have not been able to start care with as we have no one in the pool.
2. Need for female drivers as well that will do 4 hour shifts.
3. Need for caregivers that can do overnight 12 hour shifts for a
current client
Last week 5 clients were added to the roster which is fantastic but Shyanne
is struggling to schedule caregivers and not incur overtime due to the
limited pool.
Hoping we can give these priorities to your team as they begin to see what
is out there.
