Hi Timothy, HOMECAREASSITUSA is just the overall name of the account/phone system (it will include Canada.) Looks like an access issue assuming Tim is getting the same thing. Let me dig a little deeper. I'll get back to you guys.

- It should take you to the right spot for Ring Group info
- At the top of the page, choose a date range
- Scroll down until you see the Ring Group Summary "Find" dialogue box
- Enter the name of the Ring Group(s) you'd like to review
- At that point, you should see overall call history information
