Is it the orientation tag in clearcare? or something tied to payroll (as we're not integrated in payroll, I want to be sure we're tracking properly)

Our guidance remains 8 hours but we understand that when there are experienced Caregivers in orientation or a small class, it can be done sooner. That said, we still have 28 offices that are not documenting the training according to the SOP and out of those documenting it, we are still missing the pay for at least 4 hours for the training in many locations.
Please do all that you can to be compliant by 1/1/23.
