analysis of Medallia qualitative data the Service Team completed - Service
Opportunity Themes

We are taking an action-oriented approach to identify champions in
identifying paths to improving service associated with these opportunities
with clear targets for 30-60-90 day wins – beginning this month (August).
Your leadership team nominated you specifically as a champion and expert
who we should partner with for one of these pillars: *Strong Care Plans.*
We are asking for your commitment to help support as part of a small cohort
working on this theme. Involvement will include a brief weekly meeting and
helping to develop a scalable short term solution to make positive progress
on your specific opportunity.
Your cohort group will consist of working with other team members across
the company from different regions. Your group will become the spokesperson
to help teach the learnings of this very important company initiative that
will lead into developing company training programs. Your experience and
guidance will become a valuable resource for others.
