Hi Team Northeast! There have been some questions about pulling data on # of shifts out of ClearCare to help with the goals associated with the incentive plans and TheKey Standard. I asked Roxana Cruz if there was a report and this was the response. Please let me know if you have any questions. I would use care logs custom report: [image: image.png] By adding a status filter you will only pull completed shifts. If you are looking to pull count for a specific SM filter by profile tags and the official clock in or out will be the count for the date range you add by exporting to excel.
