We have a client that started recently. Can't do e-trsfs, doesn't want to do credit card. They took our banking info to pay by direct deposit to us. Long story short, they have been unable to set it up properly at the bank. Steph has been in touch several times and they are trying but are still unable to submit a payment. They currently owe just over $3K and are asking if they can send a cheque to cover what is owed until they sort it out. Please advise.
