After that we can take it forward completely. *2.* Vancouver is like Toronto, I understand the systems and billing, Carolina is going to send me breakdown of clients payment methods and accesses to the 3rd party system. Once I have that I will investigate a little further into any collection issues. Tentatively, I'm looking to take this site over by March 6th (my team will do billing that day for prior weeks bookings) *3. * Calgary is a different discussion. Im working with transition team to find out if we can just go forward and transition this site straight to netsuite so we can scrap what Chuck is doing on quickbooks because its unnecessary , the only issue is that he marks the invoices paid in quickbooks so all the data from A/R and outstanding comes from there. I will know more once we have plans for the Toronto transition .
