Yes they were very happy. They seemed very engaged and were excited to have us come out.
Even though we are only going around May 21 I did emphasize the point that they should make sure to keep discussing Lifeguard with all new clients. I told them we could do new installs as well as update pilot clients when we are in Winnipeg.

Hi Nat,

Maryham and I had a great call with Dennis and Brian in Winnipeg. The agenda was to address one of their pilot sites that is resistant to technology. The call went well.

However, both claim that when Alan visited their office, the pilots were promised to run for free in perpetuity. Both feel that we have not upheld our promise and they are not comfortable approaching their remaining 5 sites to ask them to now pay.

How would you like me to handle this?
