I ran all the numbers and it looks like the pay rate changed on June 26th to be $16.00 when his original payrate he was hired for is $18.00 and that is what is in the payroll rate as well as what he was being paid until June 25th. There were no new shifts added aor changes made to the schedule and he has been seeing the same client for quite some time. Based on my calculations we owe him $776.00, which I've added to the payroll sheet for Irin. In this instance he mentioned he was also not paid out OT as it normally would calculate anything more than 88 hours for winnipeg. This has not yet been added into the total of $776.00 that I calculated. I am not sure how long this will go on for, but each payroll I am having to speak to at least 5-8 caregivers between both markets due to payroll discrepancies. Is there something we can do to fix this as I am spending a lot of my time doing payroll discrepancies throughout the week consistently. Thank you and I appreciate all the help and support. -- *Kind Regards, Chandani Patel * *Caregiver Ambassador/ Human Resources* of Calgary, Alberta & Winnipeg, Manitoba *________________________* *Calgary Office: * *403-301-3777**Winnipeg Office: **204-489-6000* *Direct Number:* *403-333-0999* TheKey.ca [image: TheKey] --000000000000a196f906030e7d9b Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Good Afternoon Team,=C2=A0 I am emailin= g=C2=A0again as I had yet another staff member reach out to me today that h= e has not been paid at the correct rate.
