Resides in Buffalo Grove, Il and requested 18 hours of care a week; 3 days of service with 6 hours per day. Her rate is $45/hr because she needs no personal care.. First shift was less than 24 hours after assessment and we had to pay $25/hr to staff. We have not found an ongoing caregiver for these shifts who will work 6 hours shifts for less than $25/hour.. We have an ongoing need for caregivers for every combination of shifts in these areas These are what we would call North/Northwest and I have added all of these zip codes to the Staffing Needs spreadsheet. The only zip codes on this list we could easily staff are Park Ridge, 60068 and Glenview, 60018.
