Hi Steve,

One of our employees Shawntel Sousa in Calgary, Alberta, received a lawyer
letter from a caregiver. Please take a look at the attached letter, and can
you let me know what the next steps are?

I also included the communication letter that was sent to the employee. The
caregiver wanted to work privately for a client and was advised that this
was prohibited. She then hired a lawyer, sending the letter to our employee
today.

I am open to talking to you about this when you're able.
