We track intakes, assessments and new clients = separately from Clear Care and the number of assessments in the 4th = quarter was 27 by our count and 23 became clients for a conversion = ratio of 85%. This is pretty well in line with our ongoing conversion = rate. We have never had a problem with this ratio.   We have looked into Clear Care and I think we’ve found out why = there is a discrepancy. Some of us have been entering info from the = intake call into the assessment form which when saved, registers it as = an assessment. We thought it was necessary to tick the assessment box = in order for it to become a true assessment. We will change the = procedure so hopefully the next quarter will better reflect the reality. Here are some observations: 1. Your leads per month are the best in the network. Your net = conversion is low with an opportunity to improve the assessment to = client ratio from 69% to 80%.   2. Your revenues have stayed flat over the past year, but hopefully that = will change over the next year.     3. The highest 6 months retention figures I see for sites your size or = larger is 75% and 50% for 12 months. With you new focus on care = management, hopefully we will see these number improve.   4. Your margins and average invoice are great.   5. Internet is your Tier A referral source with close to 600k per year = from that one source alone. The goal is to secure 3 - 5 other Tier one = source at that level or more. With a more pronounced referral marketing = program, that should happen.
