I apologize for bringing this up, but Joey and I have received quite a few emails regarding the signature issue (please see the forwarded email regarding Gauthier). We were initially informed by the intake department that it was related to PandaDoc, as clients' emails were appearing for signatures. There was a company meeting discussing signatures and the importance of having the correct ones, but it wasn't clear who would be responsible for that. If the problem with PandaDoc has been resolved, can we have the intake department manage this? Shouldn't they confirm that all signatures are correct before pushing the documents through to the local offices? Please let me know, and we can ask Cheryl to follow up on this. Thanks so much=E2=80=94I just wanted to confirm with you before reaching out to her. This is necessary to ensure compliance with our legal and payment processing policies. We understand there have been challenges with PandaDoc, but it is imperative that we secure the appropriate signatures to maintain our legal standing. Could you please let me know when the revised documents have been uploaded into Clearcare? Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please feel free to reach out. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.
