If say during her leave she went from being a 2 year e= mployee to a 3 year employee her vacation would go from 4% to 6% as soon as s= he started accruing again, as again seniority is not affected, but the actua= l vacation pay doesn=E2=80=99t continue to accrue as it=E2=80=99s attached t= o earnings.
