Our mother has agreed to pay HCA by visa credit card and confirms 12 hours per week with a caregiver coming on Monday, Thursday and Saturdays from 10 am until 2 pm. Should this need to be changed in the future, she=E2=80=99l= l contact HCA with enough notice and advise accordingly. Many thanks to HCA for agreeing to include the additional language we=E2=80= =99ve requested in the Client Consent Agreement, under the paragraph headings *DR= IVER RELEASE; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY* and *FALL RISK*.
