CANADA Jan 2026 Keys Bonus Overpayments Recovery

Hi Chuck,

There was a discrepancy in the bonus amounts for last week’s Alberta
payroll, and we need to deduct the overpayment.

Could you please check with the team how they would like to recover?
Specifically, would they prefer a single deduction or to spread it across
multiple payments?

Once you have confirmed their preference, we will issue a wage agreement
form based on that information.
