We have made intentional strategic shifts in pricing and client mix over the past few months. This has led to a temporary decline in billable hours in some areas, impacting bonuses for the majority of those eligible. Recognizing the effort you have put into navigating these changes, we will continue bridge bonus payments through May as a token of our appreciation. I sincerely apologize for any disappointment this delay may cause for those of you who were expecting a payment today. We are recalculating the April payments to ensure your bonus reflects, at a minimum, 50% of the target for the month. If the actual earned under the new plan was greater than 50% of the target, you will receive the higher amount. While this may cause a delay, it is a necessary step to ensure recognition of everyone's efforts during this period of transition. We anticipate completing the recalculations by Monday, June 10th, and you will receive your payments shortly thereafter. We will use this same methodology to bridge for May as well. As a reflection of our commitment to recognizing your outstanding efforts and the progress we have made together, I am pleased to announce the implementation of a merit increase for 2024. This decision highlights our dedication to rewarding your hard work and resilience as we realign the organization. The merit process is a key part of how we recognize and reward exceptional performance, ensuring we continue to move our company in the right direction. - *How does the merit process work? *A merit process is a systematic approach to awarding salary increases based on an employee's performance and contributions. It is designed to reward those who consistently demonstrate high levels of performance and help drive our company's success. The merit increase will be effective July 29th. - *Who is eligible for a merit increase? *Corporate and field employees hired before 12/31/23 who have not received an increase since 7/1/23 and are in good standing with the company are eligible. HCLs and Regional Business Development Managers are excluded from the merit process due to their commission structure. - *How much will my merit increase be? *Eligible employees will be given a rating by their manager. Employees who receive a rating of Meets Expectations or higher will receive a 3% increase. Since merit increases are designed to reward performance, those with a rating of Does Not Meet Expectations will not receive an increase. We will hold a Town Hall meeting on June 11th to provide more details and answer any questions. Your leaders will also discuss these updates in your upcoming team meetings. Please reach out to your managers or HR with any questions or concerns. I am truly excited about the progress we have made and the promising signs w
