After speaking with our auditors we can delay the deadline for proof of filing until *June, 30 2017*. Once you file the taxes please forward the appropriate forms to me for verification. If you have not sent me the proof of filing by June 30th we will assume that you are not planning to file. At that point, you will need to reimburse HCAF for the royalty withholdings done for all of 2017 and we will cease the withholdings for your location going forward.
