I have an update for you on this topic. We started to move forward with mass transferring ownership of all Canada BD accounts to your name but we ran into a few roadblocks. There are some automated account flows in place that would not be ideal for you when owning 2,000+ referral accounts. There are automated emails sent to account owners anytime a new Lead is created, an assessment is scheduled, an Opportunity is closed won, etc, on each account. Also, there are activity rules in place on referral accounts that would require activity documented by you on each account in order to maintain ownership. The Salesforce team is not able to remove these flows for select accounts at this time. We proceeded as is with the most recent campaign so that the Canada emails were 'signed' from Dr. Shadi. We'll plan to just forward over any responses for you for the time being until we can find a different path forward. Please let me know if you have any questions.
