She wanted to stay till 5:45 p.m. so she could complete her 4 hour shift, but my parents leave for their dinner at 5:15 so they asked her to leave at that time. I do not want to be charged for the extra time as it was not my parents fault that the caregiver was late. We are now asking them to sign a paper when they arrive and when they leave as my mother is adamant that one time the caregiver left early. Since your records show otherwise, we cannot control that day but try to make sure that in the future it does not happen again. Thank you again for all your assistance.
