The only concern is the lower D. We find our most successful CCM's have a high D, as they need to be self-directed and move families to make decisions. She will probably be able to connect, but may be weak on getting families and elders to see her point of view - client needs versus wants. Her age may also be a disadvantage to her, as most of your adult daughters are 45 - 65, and she may not be seen as credible.
