Between 3:00 AM and 4:10 AM EST last night, the Call Center encountered a
setback with their InContact phone application, resulting in an
interruption of call services. This issue prevented the Call Center from
making or receiving calls.
Fortunately, the outage has been resolved, and the Call Center operations
have returned to normal. We're sending this message to notify field offices
in case they receive inquiries from Caregivers or clients regarding the
disruption.
