Per our brief discussion, Anamrija Novak has filed a legal claim against us and I need some help filling in/confirming some dates. Based on my investigation, this is what our story is, but I need a lot of help with dates. 3/8/22 - Novak signs employment to be an "Account Executive," which is a job title associated with Mavencare's operations. At time of signing employment agreement Novak is on maternity leave. Unknown date - The Account Executive position is eliminated companywide and those in this position are offered different roles. At this time Novak is still on leave. 6/19/23 - Novak indicates she's ready to return to work but Account Executive position is already eliminated. She is originally offered a staffing manager role as that is the only role available. *Do we have a signed staffing manager employment agreement?* Thereafter, she's offered a Care Solutions Role on an unknown date and then resigns?
