CAREGIVER INTRODUCTION

 Hello and good day!

Thank you for trusting TheKey.

I would like to introduce our caregiver, *Lenie* who will be working with
Ron. Please find a brief bio attached for your reference. She is scheduled
to start tomorrow with the following hours: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM on Tuesdays
and Thursdays, and 12:00 PM–4:00 PM on Sundays.

I’m *Jhonna*, the Caregiver Manager, and I work alongside *Amrita*. If you
ever need to make any schedule changes or adjustments, please feel free to
reach out to either of us directly. For any updates or changes to the care
plan, our Case Manager *Kristal * is your point of contact and can be
reached at *kristal.parris@thekey.com*.  Our on-call team members can be
reached out at ontario-staffing@thekey.com, they are available after hours
and on weekends or if you have any emergencies, please call the office at
416-488-8777. I’ve CC’d the team here so you have everyone’s contact
information in one place.
