Brian had admitted that he needed more time to review the billing before this was finalized, and Shyanne is not working today, so many of the shifts were clocked in early or late without any notes. The billing report should be done daily or, at the very latest, weekly - I wonder if anyone looked at this for two weeks, as this is why it was such a mess. As for Jamie May - her hours are recorded in Winnipegs Clear Care, but she is being paid out of Vancouver's payroll. I will let Jamie know to set herself as non-billable moving forward.
