Danielle/Emily and team have been handling these referrals and relationships. *Silverado - Northshore* Had another great meeting at Silverado yesterday. Met with Aleeya McFadden (Interim Activities Director) and Nicole Barbian (Director of Resident and Family Services) and set up TimeSlips with them on September 30. They are currently onboarding a new Activities Director who will be active in about 5 weeks. They have a fantastic 'Nexus Program' for residents with early onset dementia/cognitive decline, and will be focusing TimeSlips with these residents first. I'll be meeting with Heather Munoz (Family Ambassador) again next week to continue building partner relations and referral opportunities. We currently have 3 clients living at Silverado; 7 total residents use In Home Services there. Heather indicated they primarily refer to TheKey, Home Helpers, and Tulum/Restorative. The community is at 60% census, and have been discussing mutual referral opportunities (ie. should a client of ours living in home need to escalate into Memory Care, Silverado has openings). *EastCastle Place* Good rapport built between Teresa Jenkins (Director of Resident Services) and I, who have bi-monthly meetings regarding referral opportunities and current clients (we have 3). She is fond of the feedback loops and partnership that I am building and establishing. Teresa had some concerns regarding caregivers requirements (ie. dress code; badges; parking; etiquette). I met with Pat Echols who is addressing these items with caregivers in her 'etiquette training' course. Met yesterday with Evan Riegler (Director of Community Life) to establish Mindfit/Timeslips. He has 2 colleagues who he works closely with on activities. One is out with a broken arm; and Kim is out on PTO this week. I will be meeting next week with Evan and Kim to discuss Timeslips scheduling. Evan mentioned that the TheKeys' past HCLs' presentation of Timeslips/Mindfit were not well received, and wanted to bring Kim into the discussion to ensure the success of Timeslips, and introduce myself to her. Due to the nature of Mindfit being 6 weeks, it will not fit into their schedule at this time. Briefly entertained a 'hybrid' Mindfit offering that was shorter in duration - I will re-address both Mindfit and Timeslips with Evan and Kim next week. I am awaiting reply from Nicole Claas (Director of Social Services) to meet and discuss potential referrals. *Heartis Village North Shore* Met with Angie Mehring (Director of Sales and Marketing) and set up time during their weekly team meeting to re-introduce TheKey and myself to their team (9/18).
