Tim - High level, the placement of the "D" on this report signals that he needs certainty and freedom from risk which is usually at odds with sales roles. The placement of the "B" indicates that he is reserved, quiet, and introspective. This is also usually at odds with a successful sales person. We got to the ranges (shown as orange boxes) by benchmarking the results of our successful HCLs. A little variation outside those boxes is ok, but these are pretty far off in the B and D. It is not a "no" - but I would highly recommend a conversation to dive into this PI and make sure we all feel good recommending this hire.
