They were set up as EFT but had creditcard information on their form. You mentioned that you would reach out to Brian as he had entered this in. I assumed he would be the individual to connect with in regards to the form as well. In addition, if you look at the card numbers, there is an additional number that's added in. This was probably a typo when someone was initially getting the creditcard info, must have added an extra digit. Also the reason I included Michelle who handles collections is because she would be able to assist in calling the client to get updated creditcard information. Gerards team is in charge of all collections and is able to help in these areas.
