I am preparing for my departure (last day is next Monday). One of the things that I was tracking for Montreal was the new starts that I would populate on a spreadsheet for Tim for an HR/Training project. In Quebec, you have to invest a certain amount of $ in training and this spreadsheet was used by Tim and our consultant (Mark) to calculate how much training we invested in for the year. Please find the link here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/17MauTHVZGUShN3hL_5Fhp-zMfQBN4BEB/ed= it?usp=3Dsharing&ouid=3D106752150899793114458&rtpof=3Dtrue&sd=3Dtrue @Melissa Rus when there is a new caregiver that starts, please copy their info on the spreadsheet above (while you are populating the payroll spreadsheet - similar info but much less) and @Carolyn Daoust can you indicate on the spreadsheet what the amount of time they spend in orientation? Note that I have populated everyone up to last pay period. **Only the items to the left of the red part are needed** Everyone is highlighted in yellow as they were all considered "remote" hires (before we started orientation). @Carolyn Daoust If you can have a look at the later entries on the list and remove the highlighting if they were oriented and add a note in the "course" column (column I) to indicate how long their orientation was. @Tim Thomas Perhaps at year end, Mark can look at the orientation times and see how to treat the hours, etc. @Tim Thomas you also have access to the spreadsheet to work with Mark on at the end of the year. Thanks everyone and let me know if you have any questions!
