So sorry for the delay, my Tableau wasn't working this morning and Donny finally fixed it. 1) Liz's lead to opportunity is low 2) Liz's overall lead to SOC is low Lis is currently in the bottom 4 right now. I have a touchpoint scheduled with her this week to talk through how to properly qualify a lead and her intake process. I'll also be sharing some goals with her based on her tenure to see if that helps make a difference. I'll let you know how it goes.
