We followed up many times with the client . I had called multiple times and sent multiple emails. He had messaged Cheryl and apologized for the delay , he had personal issues he was dealing with. Currently we have a huge balance of 64k that we need to collect payment for. I'm going to keep trying to get ahold of carelead James Baker in regards to setting up a plan to get this balance paid off, but what do you think we should do in the event the client is ghosting us? Do we get a lawyer involved? I know some collection lawyers will want a percentage of the collected money after transferring.
