Kerry led a call today with the hiring leaders overseeing the CG Recruiter
openings for the cohort class. She explained the importance of having the
new hires start with the cohort so they receive the best chance for success
in their new roles and shared stats to support that. The cohort date has
been confirmed for Monday, October 10.
Kerry also asked the hiring leaders to provide timely feedback to TA
regarding candidates and to identify a mentor for each of the hires. During
the call, we learned that some of the hiring leaders did not know that they
were to create a requisition and/or didn't know how to. Since then, I've
received a couple emails inquiring about the process.
Below is the most up to date information on the positions included in the
cohort. I've highlighted the openings that do not have a requisition
assigned to it.
