Good afternoon Tim, Please see attached as a follow-up to my initial report. Same issues as before. Now the IT responses mainly consist of "we are unable to reproduce the issue" and then the tix gets closed/canceled or the status gets changed to "Pending Training" - not sure what that means! On the Action Sheet <https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1whfQIuRrY0nGEM9n_qP9Ay2xMhRj4OdWuRHMzYqfjQM/edit#gid=0>, Payroll-Adjustment tab, you can see how the ongoing booking sets errors have affected caregiver payroll (under payments resulting in very upset employees). Ali can also speak to rebates/refunds we had to issue to clients/families who were overcharged for duplicate bookings or rate increases that were charged earlier than scheduled start dates. Lastly, I'm still having to spend a lot of time verifying caregiver check in/outs because they are unable to check in/out (one or both) themselves. Vince said caregivers should be able to still complete their tasks. However, I've had a few caregivers report they are unable to. This is a major problem, as we cannot get updates from them if this is indeed the case. Best, Taneshia
